OVERVIEW
At Urban Hideout, we want your order to reach you quickly and reliably. Please review the information below to understand our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. The total time to receive your order is the processing time plus the shipping time for your selected method.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout to all qualifying orders of $50 or more (after any discounts, before taxes). Exact shipping costs for express options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Because our products are made to order and produced by category (e.g. apparel, headwear, bags), orders containing items from more than one category may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email for each package as it ships.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
DELAYS
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience should this happen.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Urban Hideout is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@urbanhideout.shop and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
