OVERVIEW
At Urban Hideout, we want your order to reach you quickly and reliably. Please review the information below to understand our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs.
ORDER PROCESSING
Every item is made to order. Orders are printed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays, or after 11:00 PM Central Time on a business day, begin processing on the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that production time is separate from delivery time. The total time to receive your order is the production time plus the shipping time.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shoppers in Canada, Australia and New Zealand see prices in their local currency (CAD, AUD or NZD). Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, duties, or carrier handling fees, which are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
SHIPPING METHODS, DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
Shipping within the United States is free on orders over $75. For orders below $75, and for all orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and shown before you pay.

Shipping costs depend on the items in your order and are always shown at checkout before you pay.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Because our products are made to order and produced by category (e.g. apparel, headwear, bags), orders containing items from more than one category may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number and its own shipping charge, shown at checkout. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email for each package as it ships.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
DELAYS
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience should this happen.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Urban Hideout is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@urbanhideout.shop and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help locate it with the carrier.
