Welcome to Urban Hideout! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Urban Hideout. Urban Hideout is a trading name of Autech Innovative LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Illinois, United States ("we," "us," "our"). All business conducted through urbanhideout.shop is operated by Autech Innovative LLC.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
PRODUCTS & FULFILLMENT
Our products are made to order and fulfilled on our behalf by our third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partner, Printful. When you place an order, the item is produced and shipped by Printful, while your contract of sale and all customer service are with Autech Innovative LLC.
We make every effort to display our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Because items are individually produced, slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur and are not considered defects. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
PRODUCT IMAGES & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Product mockups and images displayed on this site are provided by or owned by our fulfillment partner, the respective print providers, or their licensors, and are used to represent the items available for purchase. We do not claim ownership of these product images.
The Urban Hideout name, logo, store design, site text, and original graphics are the property of Autech Innovative LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our branding or original site content without our prior written permission. Any third-party trademarks or designs remain the property of their respective owners.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express) and PayPal. Your card or payment account will be charged when your order is processed.
Charges on your statement may appear under "Autech Innovative LLC" or "Urban Hideout."
ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, in whole or in part, at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Because orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation request will be possible once processing has begun. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@urbanhideout.shop; we will accommodate the request if the order has not yet entered processing or shipped.
SHIPPING
Because items are made to order, your total delivery time consists of a production period followed by a shipping period. Production is completed by our fulfillment partner before the item is dispatched. Full shipping timeframes, costs, and destinations are governed by our Shipping Policy at urbanhideout.shop/policies/shipping-policy. We currently ship within the United States only.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. As our products are made to order, we accept returns or replacements primarily for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please review our Refund Policy for full conditions and procedures, and contact us within the stated period so we can resolve the issue.
PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, to transmit harmful code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any violation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autech Innovative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, including delays or defects originating with our fulfillment partner. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autech Innovative LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
